The Wilmington Art Association (WAA) takes pride in offering workshop opportunities to our members. Each year as part of the Association’s Annual Spring Show and Art Sale, the WAA in concert with the show’s Juror and Judge, offers a multi-day workshop. Most recently, in 2024, JJ Jiang led a two-day workshop in oil painting. Participants were impressed with the exposure to JJ’s techniques and insights and all had a good time.
We also have some wonderful artists members who give workshops throughout the year. We will publicize those workshops in our newsletter and on social media.
The WAA would be delighted to host additional workshops, in various mediums, and is open to suggestions from its members.
